  • Comprehensive Evaluations

More than a test score. Infinitely more than any label.

A whole-child picture of how your child communicates, learns, plays, and participates.

Evaluations combine standardized assessment + caregiver insight + clinical observation + real-life samples to understand both strengths and support needs.

    We may look at:

    COMMUNICATION

    Individualized • Strengths-based • Whole-child

  • Individualized Therapy

    Communication grows through connection.

Therapy is built around your child’s brain, body, interests, and communication style—not a one-size-fits-all program.

    What therapy feels like here:

    Connection-led. • Interest-based. • Neurodiversity-affirming. • Individualized.

We use what your child already loves to create meaningful opportunities for communication, connection, participation, and growth.

  • Team Collaboration

Do you want to create a village that is all on the same page with neurodiversity affirming practices as the foundation? We are prepared to meet with family members, care teams, school staff, etc. in order to provide education, resources, and individually created visual supports for children with different communication styles in order to better support participation and independence at home or in the community. This could be a 1x meeting or a recurring team check-in led by Rooted Together therapists.

  • Consultation

Not sure where to start or what you need? Don’t worry. Deep breath. Together, we’ve got this. Let’s talk.
